The colon hydrotherapy session includes a health history intake on your first visit and lasts approximately 90 minutes. Actual table time is approximately 50-60 minutes, with 30 minutes for verbal consultation, use of toilet, and dressing after the session. Your abdomen may be palpated to help with releases during your session. Filtered water, tea, or freshly-made organic juice with a probiotic for after your session.
